Welcome
Welcome to the website, here you can learn more about the different therapy services available. I offer Individual Therapies with children and adolescents for a variety of presenting problems. Parenting support is also available, this can be attended by one or two parents or carers, even those co-parenting together. Alternatively, you may wish to work as a family around a particular presenting issue or challenge, in which case, Family Therapy is the most cost effective option.
Whichever form of therapy you choose, you can be confident that you will be supported through the various life challenges and /or transitions currently impacting you and your loved ones. You will be invited to explore and build resilience, moving towards your preferred future.
With over 25 years of experience working with children and their families, I work closely with clients to develop individualized plans to achieve their goals. Our services are client-centred, non-judgmental, and focused on positive transformations. Contact us for more information on how we can assist you and your family on your journey of healing and growth.
